Straps in sturdy ABS-certified, halogen-free, RoHS-compliant nylon 66 with UL94V-2 fire rating. Featuring a low-profile design with a flat, accident-proof head, necessary for specific use in playgrounds and other children’s equipment.
Top-quality nets made of high-tenacity polyester braid, extremely sturdy yet soft to the touch, knot-free, UV-stabilised, fireproof, with a breaking load certified to UNI EN 1263-1 and reinforced at the sides with special edging. The nets are attached to the panel frames inside the padding using a galvanised rod, which is secured with a double row of cable ties. This ensures that the nets are evenly tensioned, preventing entrapment and guaranteeing a zero-impact attachment on the aesthetics of the product.
