Spring Hook System: We have integrated an innovative fastening system that preserves the integrity of the jump mat rings. This solution prevents premature wear of the hook holes, significantly extending the service life of the mat.

Steel Structure: The steel tubes feature a 271 g/m² galvanisation, offering double the corrosion resistance compared to standard models (typically galvanised at 140 g/m²). The sturdiness of the structure is guaranteed by certified joints with a load capacity of up to 500 kg.

Mechanical Components: The springs are made of robust stearated steel, designed to maintain consistent performance over time.

Jump Surface: The mat is constructed from 250 g/m² Permatron, a top-tier material for elasticity and resistance. Every seam and the ring-retaining system are made with marine-grade materials to ensure maximum hold.

Spring Protection: The safety pad is made of fire-retardant, UV-treated PVC. The internal padding consists of high-density sponge (40) with a thickness of 45 mm, while the external stitching utilizes the special marine thread used for sailmaking, a synonym for extreme durability.

Safety Net: The enclosure net is made of UV-treated polypropylene with a 30 mm mesh. The fastening system uses a high-tenacity (H.T.) polyester cord, designed to withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight without losing flexibility.

The product comes equipped with an identification plate and initial testing certification.
